UseagenuineTororeplacementlter(PartNo.
86-3010).
Important:Useofanyotherltermayvoidthe
warrantyonsomecomponents.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface,lower
thecuttingunits,shutofftheengine,setthe
parkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthe
ignitionswitch.
2.Cleanaroundtheltermountingarea.Placea
drainpanunderthelter(Figure79)andremove
thelter.

3.Lubricatethenewltergasketandllthelter
withhydraulicuid.
4.Ensurethattheltermountingareaisclean.
Screwthelteronuntilthegasketcontactsthe
mountingplate;thentightenthelter1/2turn.
5.Starttheengineandletitrunforabout2minutes
topurgeairfromthesystem.
6.Shuttheengineoffandcheckforleaks.

ServiceInterval:Every400hours
Iftheuidbecomescontaminated,contactyour
localTorodistributorbecausethesystemmustbe
ushed.Contaminateduidlooksmilkyorblackwhen
comparedtocleanuid.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface,lower
thecuttingunits,shutofftheengine,setthe
parkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthe
ignitionswitch.
2.Disconnectthelargehydraulichose(Figure80)
fromthereservoirandletthehydraulicuidow
intoadrainpan.

13.2L(3.5USgallons)ofhydraulicuid;referto
