Swallowingenginecoolantcancausepoisoning;
keepoutofreachfromchildrenandpets.
Dischargeofhot,pressurizedcoolantortouching
ahotradiatorandsurroundingpartscancause
severeburns.
Alwaysallowtheenginetocoolatleast15
minutesbeforeremovingtheradiatorcap.
Usearagwhenopeningtheradiatorcap,and
openthecapslowlytoallowsteamtoescape.
CoolantSpecication
Thecoolantreservoirislledatthefactorywitha
50/50solutionofwaterandethyleneglycolbase
extended-lifecoolant.Checkthecoolantlevelbefore
yourststarttheengineanddailythereafter;referto
CheckingtheCoolantLevel(page51).

CAUTION
Iftheenginehasbeenrunning,the
pressurized,hotcoolantcanescapeand
causeburns.
Donotopentheradiatorcapwhenthe
engineisrunning.

andopenthecapslowlytoallowsteamto
escape.
