Swallowingenginecoolantcancause
poisoning;keepoutofreachfromchildrenand
pets.
Dischargeofhot,pressurizedcoolantortouching
ahotradiatorandsurroundingpartscancause
severeburns.
Alwaysallowtheenginetocoolatleast15
minutesbeforeremovingtheradiatorcap.
Usearagwhenopeningtheradiatorcap,and
openthecapslowlytoallowsteamtoescape.

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthe
cuttingunits,engagetheparkingbrake,shutoff
theengine,andremovethekeyfromtheignition
switch.
2.Raisethehood.
3.Cleantheengineareathoroughlyofalldebris.
4.Cleanbothsidesoftheradiatorthoroughlywith
compressedair(Figure61).

switch.
2.Loosenthesetscrewsecuringtheknobtothe
parking-brakelever(Figure62).
