fromtheoutsidethrustwashers.Donotovertighten.
Note:Itisacceptablethattheinsidethrustwashers
onthecuttingunitmayremainloose.
4.Tightenspringtensionnutuntilspringiscollapsed,
thenbackoff1/2turn.
