EZ-TurnSwitch

TheEZ-turnswitch(Figure20)enablesordisablesthe

EZ-Turnfeature.EZ-Turnisafeaturethatautomatically

slowsthemachinewheneveryouraisethecuttingunitoffthe

groundduringmowing.Thisallowsyoutomaketheturnsat

theendofeachmowingpassataslowerspeed.Youcanuse

theswitchatanytime,evenwhilemowing.

Thisfeatureonlyreducesthegroundspeedwhenthereelis

engagedandliftedofftheground.Ithasnoeffectonground

speedwhenthereelisdisengaged.Ifthisfeatureisactivated

whilemowingandyouturnoffthereel,themachinewill

speedup.Ifyouaremowingataslowspeedalready,the

EZ-Turnfeaturewillnotslowthemachineonaturn.

ServiceBrake

Theservicebrake(Figure21)islocatedontheleftfrontside

ofthehandle.Pullingtheleverbackwillapplytheservice

brake.Ifyouoperatethemachinewiththebrakeon,itwill

move,butwithhighresistanceandpowerconsumptionwill

increase.

Parking-brakeLatch

Usetheparking-brakelatch(Figure21)inconjunctionwith

theservicebrake.Rotatetheparking-brakelatchtowardthe

brakehandletoholdtheservicebrakeinplace.Pullthebrake

levertorelease.Thetraction-controlleverwillnotengage

withthelatchengaged.

Operator-PresenceControl(OPC)

Youmustengagetheoperator-presencecontrol(Figure20)

beforeengagingthetractionlever.IfyoureleasetheOPC

duringoperation,thetractionleverwillreturntoneutralbut

themachinewillnotturnoff.

InfoCenterLCDDisplay

TheInfoCenterLCDdisplayshowsinformationaboutyour

machineandbatterypack,suchasthecurrentbatterycharge,

thespeed,diagnosticsinformation,andmore(Figure20).

KeySwitch

Thekeyswitch(Figure20)has3positions:Off,Run,and

Start.Withthebrakeoffandthetractiondrivedisengaged,

movetheswitchtotheStartpositionforafewsecondsuntil

theInfoCenterdisplaylightsup,thenreleaseittotheRun

position.TurnittotheOffpositionandremovethekeyto

turnoffthemachine.
