High Ramp Conversion Kit

Installation Instructions
1. Mount a high ramp to the top of each insert and to
each side of trailer with (5) carriage bolts, flat washers
and locknuts (Fig. 1). Bottom middle hole not used.
Note: When mounting high ramp with the 18” Conversion
Kit, Model 04242, only use (6) carriage bolts, flat washers
and locknuts
2. Mount a load ramp to the rear of each high ramp with
a capscrew, spacer, washer and locknut (Fig. 1).
3. Remove fasteners securing trailer stops to each side of
trailer and move backward to next set of holes and
re–install (Fig. 1).

4. Remove existing wheel rods and brackets from each
side of trailer (Fig. 1).
5. Press a coil pin into hole in each new wheel rod. End
of pin to be flush with rod.
6. Mount new smaller wheel rods to front and rear sets of
mounting holes in each side of trailer, using brackets
and fasteners removed (Fig. 1).
Note: When trailering only one greensmower, mount
wheel rods to middle set of mounting holes in trailer.
7. Remove existing standard transport wheels and wheel
shafts from greensmower (if so equipped).
8. Apply #242 to threads on new wheel shafts (Fig. 2).
9. Thread a new wheel shaft and spacer into each side of
greensmower (Fig. 2). Shafts are R.H and L.H. Torque
shafts to 65–75 ft.–lb.

10. Insert a wheel onto each shaft and secure with a wheel
clip (Fig. 2).
Note: Standard transport wheels can be installed and used
on new wheels shafts.
