Procedure
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurfaceandlowerthe
cuttingunitcarrierframestotheoor.
2.Verifythatthereis1/2in.(13mm)clearancebetween
thecarrierframerollersandtheoor.
3.Ifanadjustmentisrequired,loosenthejamnutonthe
carrierframestopscrew(
Figure10)androtatethe
screwupordowntoraiseorlowerthecarrierframe.
Tightenthejamnutafteradjustmentisattained.

Note:Whensharpening,settingtheheight-of-cutor
performingothermaintenanceproceduresonthecutting
units,storethecuttingunitreelmotorsinthesupporttubes
topreventdamagetothehoses.
Important:Donotraisethesuspensiontothetransport
positionwhenthereelmotorsareintheholdersinthe
machineframe.Damagetothemotorsorhosescould
result
Important:Wheneverthecuttingunithastobetipped
toexposebedknife/reel,propuprearofcuttingunitto
makesurenutsonbackendofbedbaradjustingscrews
