ServiceInterval:Every50hours(morefrequentlywhen

operatingconditionsaredustyordirty)

Themachinehasgreasettingsthatmustbelubricated

regularlywithNo.2GeneralPurposeLithiumBaseGrease.

Ifthemachineisoperatedundernormalconditions,lubricate

allbearingsandbushingsafterevery50hoursofoperation.

Lubricatettingsimmediatelyaftereverywashing,regardless

oftheintervallisted.

Thefollowingmachinebearingsandbushingsmustbe

lubricated:

•Rearwheelhub(1)(Figure41)

•Steeringcylinder(2)(Figure41)

•Liftarms(3)(Figure42)

•Tractionpedalpivot(1)(Figure43)

1.Wipethegreasettingcleansoforeignmattercannot

beforcedintothebearingorbushing.

2.Pumpgreaseintothebearingorbushing.

3.Wipeupexcessgrease.

4.Applygreasetothereelmotorsplineshaftandontothe

liftarmwhenthecuttingunitisremovedforservice.

5.ApplyafewdropsofSAE30engineoilorspray

lubricant(WD40)dailytoallpivotpointsafter

cleaning.
