Brakesareacriticalsafetycomponentofthemachine.
Aswithallsafetycomponents,theyshouldbeclosely
inspectedatregularintervalstoensureoptimum
performanceandsafety.Thefollowinginspections
shouldbedoneevery100hours:
Inspectthebrakeliningforwearordamage.Ifthe
lining(brakepad)thicknessislessthan1.6mm
(1/16inch),youshouldreplacethebrakelining.
Inspectthebackingplateandothercomponents
forsignsofexcessivewearordeformation.If
anydeformationisfound,replacetheappropriate
components.
Checkthebrake-uidlevel;refertoCheckingthe
Brake-FluidLevel(page51).
ReplacingtheServiceand
Parking-BrakePads
ServiceInterval:Every400hours
ContactyourauthorizedAuthorizedToroService
Dealertoinspectandpossiblyreplacetheserviceand
