Operation
Note:Determinetheleftandrightsidesofthe
machinefromthenormaloperatingposition.
CAUTION
Araisedbedfullofmaterialwithouttheproper
safetysupportmaylowerunexpectedly.
Workingunderanunsupportedraisedbed
couldinjureyouorothers.
Beforeservicingormakingadjustmentsto
themachine,parkthemachineonalevel
surface,engagetheparkingbrake,shutoff
theengine,andremovethekey.
Removeanyloadmaterialfromthebed
orotherattachment,andinsertthesafety
supportonafully-extendedcylinderrod
beforeworkingunderaraisedbed.
ThinkSafetyFirst
Carefullyreadallthesafetyinstructionsandsymbols
inthesafetysection.Knowingthisinformationcould
helpyouorbystandersavoidinjury.
DANGER
Operatingonwetgrassorslopescancause
slidingandlossofcontrol.
Wheelsdroppingoveredgescancause
rollovers,whichmayresultinseriousinjury,
death,ordrowning.
Toavoidlossofcontrolandpossibilityof
rollover:
Donotoperateneardropoffsornearwater.
Reducespeedanduseextremecautionon
slopes.
Avoidsuddenturnsorrapidspeed
changes.
OperatingtheCargoBed
RaisingtheCargoBedtothe
DumpPosition
WARNING
Araisedbedcouldfallandinjurepersonsthat
areworkingbeneathit.
Alwaysusetheproprodtoholdthebedup
beforeworkingunderthebed.
Removeanyloadmaterialfromthebed
beforeraisingit.
WARNING
Drivingthemachinewiththecargobedraised
couldcausethemachinetotiporrolleasier.
Youcoulddamagethestructureofthecargo
bedifyouoperatethemachinewiththebed
raised.
Operatethemachinewhenthecargobed
isdown.
Afteremptyingthecargobed,lowerit.
CAUTION
Ifaloadisconcentratednearthebackofthe
cargobedwhenyoureleasethelatches,the
bedmayunexpectedlytipopen,injuringyou
orbystanders.
Centerloadsinthecargobed,ifpossible.
Holdthecargobeddownandensurethat
nooneisleaningoverthebedorstanding
behinditwhenreleasingthelatches.
Removeallcargofromthebedbefore
liftingthebeduptoservicethemachine.
