cables(negative(–)cablerst)andscrapeclampsand
terminalsseparately.Reconnectthecables(positive(+)
cablerst)andcoattheterminalswithpetroleumjelly.

Batteryterminalsormetaltoolscouldshortagainst
metaltractorcomponentscausingsparks.Sparks
cancausethebatterygassestoexplode,resulting
inpersonalinjury.
Whenremovingorinstallingthebattery,donot
allowthebatteryterminalstotouchanymetal
partsofthemachine.
Donotallowmetaltoolstoshortbetween
thebatteryterminalsandmetalpartsofthe
machine.
