1.Parkthemachineonaat,levelsurface.Blockthe
othertiretopreventaccidentalrollingorinjury.
2.Placethejackundertheframeoraxleshaftbehindthe
wheelandjackupthewheeluntilitjustcontactsthe
oor.
WARNING
A2000lb.capacityhydraulicjackshouldbe
usedwhenchangingatire.
3.Loosenalllugboltsandcontinuetojackupuntilthe
tirecanberemoved.
4.Reversetheaboveproceduretoinstallatire.Torque
thelugboltsto95–122N-m(70–90ft-lb).

InspectingtheBelts
Note:Itisnotnecessarytoremovetheupperbeltguard
(Figure19)tocheckthebelttension.Ifforsomereasonthe
beltguardmustberemoved,removethe4bolts,washers,
andnutssecuringtheguardtotheframe.Neveroperatethe
machinewithouttheguardsinplace.
