ServiceInterval:Every100hours/Yearly(whichever
comesrst)—Checkthefrontwheel
camberandtoe-in.
PreparingtoAdjustCamberor
Toe-in
1.Checkthetirepressuretoensurethatthefront
tiresareinatedto82kPa(12psi).
2.Eitheraddweighttothedriver'sseatequalto
theaverageoperatorwhowillrunthemachine,
orhaveanoperatorsitontheseat.Theweight
oroperatormustremainontheseatforthe
durationoftheadjustmentprocedure.
3.Onalevelsurface,rollthemachinestraightback
2to3m(6to10ft)andthenstraightforward
totheoriginalstartingposition.Thisallowsthe
suspensiontosettleintotheoperatingposition.

Important:Makethecamberadjustmentsonly
ifyouareusingafrontattachmentorifthereis
uneventirewear.
1.Checkthecamberalignmentateachwheel;the
alignmentshouldbeasclosetoneutral(zero)
aspossible.
Note:Thetiresshouldbealignedwiththetread
evenlyonthegroundtoreduceunevenwear.
2.Ifthewheelcamberisoutofalignment,usethe
spannerwrenchtorotatethecollarontheshock
absorbertoalignthewheel(Figure55).
