ServiceInterval:Every50hours
Thesweeperhas(11)greasettingsthatmustbe
lubricatedregularlywithNo.2GeneralPurposeLithium
BaseGrease.Ifthemachineisoperatedundernormal
conditions,lubricateallbearingsandbushingsafter
every50hoursofoperationorimmediatelyafterevery
washing.Bearingsandbushingsmustbelubricated
dailywhenoperatingconditionsareextremelydustyand
dirty.Dustyanddirtyoperatingconditionscouldcause
dirttogetintothebearingsandbushings,resultingin
acceleratedwear.
1.Lubricatethefollowinggreasettings:
•Hopperpivot(upper)(2)(Figure29).
•Brushpivot(2)(Figure30).
•Liftcylinder(2)(Figure31).
•Hopperpivot(lower)(2)(Figure32).
•Hitchtonguepivot(1)(Figure33).
•Windrowblademount(Figure34).
•Windrowbladehub(Figure34).
2.Wipegreasettingscleansoforeignmattercannot
beforcedintothebearingorbushing.
3.Pumpgreaseintothebearingorbushing.
4.Wipeupexcessgrease.
