WhileDumping
Thesweepermustbeinthetransportposition
(directlybehindtowvehicle)beforeactivatingdump
cycle.
Dumpingdebriscancauseseriousinjury.Stayclear
ofhopperwhilemachineisbackingupordumping.
Underrarecircumstanceswet,compressedgrass
clippingsmaygenerateheat.Alwaysemptythe
hopperbeforestoringtheunit.
Raisingandloweringofhopperdoorcouldcause
injurytobystandersorpets.Keepbystandersand
petsasafedistancefromhopperwhenoperatingto
dumpdebrisorwhenopeningandclosinghopper
door.
Toavoidtheriskofelectricalshock,dumphopper
onlyinareaclearofoverheadwiresandother
obstructions.
NEVERdumphopperonaslope.Alwaysdump
hopperonlevelground.
Parkmachineonalevelsurface,emptyhopper,
lowerhooperuntilrollerisonthegroundandblock
wheelsbeforeremovingsweeperfromtowvehicle.
Maintenance
Hydraulicuidescapingunderpressurecan
penetrateskinanddoseriousdamage.Keepbody
andhandsawayfrompinholeleaksornozzlesthat
ejecthighpressurehydraulicuid.Usecardboard
orpapertondhydraulicleaks.Fluidaccidentally
injectedintotheskinmustbesurgicallyremoved
withinafewhoursbyadoctorfamiliarwiththis
formofinjuryorgangrenemayresult.

allhydraulichosesandlinesareingoodcondition
