Procedure
Forproperdebrispickup,makesurethatthemachine
frameisparallelwiththeground.
1.Positionthemachineonaat,levelsurface.
2.Backthetowingvehicleuptothemachine.
3.Removethespringpin,rotatethejackdown,
andinstallthespringpin(Figure9).

5.Adjustthemachinehitchclevistothesamelevel
astowing-vehiclehitchasfollows:
•Removetheboltsandlocknutssecuringthe
hitchclevis(Figure10)tothehitchtongue.

•Raiseorlowerthehitchclevistothe
positionthatisapproximatelylevelwiththe
tow-vehiclehitch.
•Securetheclevistothehitchwiththe
previouslyremovedboltsandlocknuts.
Note:Ensurethatthemachineisparallel
withtheground.
6.Connectthemachineclevishitchtothe
towing-vehiclehitchwiththehitchpinand
hairpincotter.
7.Removethespringpin,rotatethejackuptothe
storageposition,andinstallthespringpin.
