Lubrication
Thedeckhas12greasettingsthatmustbemust
belubricatedregularly.Ifthemachineisoperated
undernormalconditions,lubricatethebearingsand
bushingswithNo.2generalpurposelithiumbasegrease
ormolybdenumbasegreaseafterevery8hoursof
operationordaily,whichevercomesrst.
Thegreasettinglocationsandquantitiesare:
•Casterwheel(2ea.)(Figure10)

Important:Lubricatingthedeckimmediatelyafter
washinghelpspurgewateroutofthebearingsand
increasesbearinglife.
1.Wipeeachgreasettingwithacleanrag.
2.Wipeexcessgreaseaway.
AdjustingtheDriveBelts
Makesurebeltsareproperlytensionedtoensureproper
operationofthemachineandunnecessarywear.Check
beltfrequently.
Note:Check/adjustthebelttensionaftertherst20
hoursofoperation.
1.Removethefastenerssecuringthedriveshieldtothe
deckframe(Figure12).Removetheshields.
