•Performthepre-startingchecks.Checkthefollowingitemseachtimeyoubegin

usingthemachinefortheday:

•Checkthetirepressure.

•Chargethebatteries.

•Checkthewaterlevelofthebatteries.

•Checkthebrake-uidlevel.

Every25hours

•Cleanthebatteries.

•Checkthewaterlevelofthebatteriesandadddistilledordeionizedwatertothe

batteries(ifnecessary).

Every100hours

•Greasethebearingsandbushings.

•Checktheconditionofthetiresandrims.

•T orquethewheel-lugnuts.

•Inspectthesteeringandsuspensionforlooseordamagedcomponents.

•Checkthefrontwheeltoe-in.

•Checkthetransaxle-uidlevel.

•Inspectthebrakes.

Every300hours

•Greasethefrontwheelbearings.

Every400hours

•Replacetheserviceandparking-brakepads.

Every800hours

•Changethetransaxleuid.
