3.Securethecaliperbrackettothespindleframe
(Figure30)usingthe2ange-headbolts(3/8
x3/4inch).
Torquethe2ange-headboltsto47to54N∙m
(35to40ft-lb).
4.Aligntheholesinthewheeltothestudsofthe
hubandassemblethewheeltothehubwiththe
valvestemoutward(Figure29).
Note:Ensurethatthemountingsurfaceofthe
wheelisushwiththehub.
5.Securethewheeltothehubusingthelugnuts
(Figure29).
Torquethelugnutsto108to122N∙m(80to90
ft-lb).

WARNING
Batteryterminalsormetaltoolscouldshort
againstmetalcomponentscausingsparks.
Sparkscancausethebatterygasesto
explode,resultinginpersonalinjury.
Whenremovingorinstallingthebattery,
donotallowthebatteryterminalstotouch
anymetalpartsofthemachine.
Donotallowmetaltoolstoshortbetween
thebatteryterminalsandmetalpartsofthe
machine.
Usenon-conductivetoolswhen
maintainingthebatteries.
Alwayskeepthebatteryretainersinplace
toprotectandsecurethebatteries.
DANGER
Donottouchanyelectricalcomponentsor
contactsonthemotor.
Touchinganyofthesecomponentsor
contactscouldseriouslyinjureyouorcause
death.
