Note:Determinetheleftandrightsidesofthemachine

fromthenormaloperatingposition.

1.Movethemachinetoanareainyourworkspacewith

enoughroomtoinstallthekit.

2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekeyfromthe

ignitionswitch.

3.Ensurethatthemachineissecurefrommovement

beforeyoubegintheinstallation.

4.Removetheupperseatassembly.

A.Foramachinewithbucketseats;Tilttheseatback

forwardandlifttheseatassemblyout.

B.Foramachinewithbenchseats;Liftthebackof

thebenchseatupandoutoftheseatplatform

andremovethebackrest.

Note:Retainallthehardwarethatyouremoveinthis

procedure.

1.Removetheangeboltsecuringthefueltanktothe

tanktray(Figure1).

2.Removethescrewsthatsecuretheholddown(Figure

3.Disconnecttheventtubeandfuellinefromthetank

(Figure1).

Note:Preparetocaptureandcleanupanyfuelthat

spillswhenyoudisconnectthefuellinefromthetank.

4.Removethefueltankfromthetray.

5.Removethe2angeboltsthatsecurethetanktrayto

theframe(Figure2).
