1 Preparing the Machine No Parts Required Procedure 1. Park the machine on a level surface. 2. Engage the parking brake. 3. Shut off the engine and remove the key.

1. 4 Assembling the Bed and Stake Brackets Loosely install a stake filler bracket and bed bracket using 2 flange-head bolts (5/16 x 2-1/2 inches) and 2 flange locknuts (5/16 inch) as shown in Figure 3. Note: You will tighten the nuts and bolt in procedure 7 Installing the Side and Rear Tube Panels (page 4). Parts needed for this procedure: 6 Bed bracket 6 Stake filler bracket 12 Flange-head bolt (5/16 x 2-1/2 inches) 12 Flange locknut (5/16 inch) Procedure g284912 Figure 3 1.
