Subject: Change to Sonic Boom Wire Harness.

The colors of the Power Assembly leads changed during the 1993 model year. Originally, the

power wire assembly used a Black wire and a White wire. The wires were routed as follows:

Black Wire: To the Power Source

White Wire: To Ground

The power wire assembly currently uses a Red wire and a Black wire. The NEW wires are

routed as follows:

Red Wire: To the Power Source

Black Wire: To Ground

All current manuals for the 1993 model year are correct in showing the new Red/Black power

wire assembly. The power wires regardless of the color of the harness are tagged with an "+" or

"-" to ensure proper installation. See illustration below.
