Subject: Steering Sector Gear Changes.
Vehicles produced after the serial number range listed above were manufactured with
Sector Gear (99-7843) that replaces Sector Gear (94-2137). The gear material was
changed from a sintered powered metal to heat-treated 8620 steel for increased
durability.
Change the parts catalogs to reflex the change to the new part number. Future Parts
Manuals will not have the Sector Gear (94-2137) listed.
