Subject: Cargo Bed Decal Replacement Procedure

SITUATION: If replacement of any cargo bed decal is necessary, special

cleaning procedures are essential to ensure maximum bonding of

the decal.

CORRECTION: For maximum bonding strength of the decals to the Cargo

bed/tailgate, the surface where the decal is to be applied must be

thoroughly cleaned using Isopropyl alcohol and then dried. Apply

decal and press firmly while removing all bubbles.

CARGO BED DECAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS For Workman 1100/2100 Ideal application temperature range for the bed decal replacement is 70°F to 100°F (21°C to 38°C). Applying decal below 50°F (10°C) is not recommend. The bed surface must be allowed to warm to the ideal range listed above to improve decal bonding strength. 1. Remove existing decal from the bed where the new decal will be applied. 2. Decal surface area should be thoroughly cleaned using a cleaning solvent such as Isopropyl alcohol and dried.
