10.Withthesparkplugsremovedfromtheengine,pour
twotablespoonsofengineoilintothesparkplug
hole.
11.Usethestartertocranktheengineanddistribute
theoilinsidethecylinder.
12.Installthesparkplugsandtightentorecommended
torque;refertoChangingtheSparkPlugs.
Note:Donotinstallthewireonthesparkplug(s).
13.Checkantifreezeprotectionandadda50/50
solutionofwaterandantifreezeasneededfor
expectedminimumtemperatureinyourarea.
14.Removethebatteryfromthechassis,checkthe
electrolytelevel,andchargeitfully;refertoServicing
theBattery.
Note:Donotconnectthebatterycablestothe
batterypostsduringstorage.
Important:Thebatterymustbefullycharged
topreventitfromfreezingandbeingdamagedat
temperaturesbelow32°F(0°C).Afullycharged
batterymaintainsitschargeforabout50days
attemperatureslowerthan40°F(4°C).Ifthe
temperatureswillbeabove40°F(4°C),check
thewaterlevelinthebatteryandchargeitevery
30days.
15.Checkandtightenallbolts,nuts,andscrews.Repair
orreplaceanypartthatisdamaged.
16.Paintallscratchedorbaremetalsurfaces.

17.Storethemachineinaclean,drygarageorstorage
area.
18.Removetheignitionkeyandputitinasafeplaceout
ofthereachofchildren.
