2.Insertthetopmountingtabsintotheframeslots.

3.Insertthelowermountingtabsintotheframeslots.

4.Ensurethatthehoodisfullyengagedinthetop,sides

andbottomgrooves.

Lubrication

GreasingBearingsand

Bushings

ServiceInterval:Every100hours(lubricatemorefrequently

inheavydutyapplications).

Thevehiclehasgreasettingsthatmustbelubricated

regularlywithNo.2GeneralPurposeLithiumBaseGrease.

Thegreasettinglocationsandquantitiesareasfollows:

•Balljoints(4),tierods(2),pivotmounts(2)andsteering

cylinder(2)(Figure38)

•Springtower(2)(Figure39)

•Clutch(1),accelerator(1),brake(qty.1)(

•U-joint(18)and4wheeldriveshaft(3)(Figure41)

Important:Whengreasingthedriveshaftuniversal

shaftbearingcrosses,pumpgreaseuntilitcomesout

ofall4cupsateachcross.

1.Wipeeachgreasettingcleansoforeignmattercannot

beforcedintothebearingorbushing.

2.Pumpgreaseintoeachbearingorbushing.

3.Wipeoffexcessgrease.
