Installing the Foam Seals All Models Note: 2-passenger machine shown; 4-passenger machine similar. 1. Peel the backing from the front and rear foam seal and adhere one piece on each cross-member of the roll cage. g376601 Figure 1 2. Peel the backing from the side foam seals and adhere one piece on each of the side tubes.

Installing the Canopy 2-Passenger Machines 1. Install each canopy bracket using 2 carriage bolts and 2 nuts. Torque each nut to 26 N·m (19 ft-lb). g376595 Figure 4 2. Install the 8 captive nuts into the mounting locations.

3. Align 6 spacers on top of the captive nuts in the holes of the foam seals. g376597 Figure 6 4. Place the canopy on top of the ROPS.

5. Install the canopy using 6 hex-head bolts (1/4 x 1-1/4 inches) and 6 washers. Do not tighten the bolts at this time. g376599 Figure 8 6. Install the front of the canopy using 2 hex-head bolts (1/4 x 1-1/4 inches). g376600 Figure 9 7. Torque the 8 hex-head bolts (1/4 x 1-1/4 inches) to 2.5 N·m (24 in-lb).

Installing the Canopy 4-Passenger Machines 1. Install the foam seals; refer to Installing the Foam Seals (page 2). 2. Install each canopy bracket using 2 carriage bolts and 2 nuts. Torque each nut to 26 N·m (19 ft-lb). g376595 Figure 10 3. Install the 11 captive nuts into the mounting locations.
