3 Removing the Overhead Console If You Previously Installed the Overhead Console Kit Only No Parts Required Procedure Remove the 8 screws securing the overhead console and gently lower the overhead console (Figure 4). Retain the 8 screws and overhead console for later installation.

4 Installing the LED Lights Parts needed for this procedure: 3 LED light 6 Flange-head bolt (M8 x 1-1/4 inches) 6 Locknut (8 mm) Procedure 1. Loosely secure the 6 flange-head bolts (M8 x 1-1/4 inches) and 6 locknuts (8 mm) to the front and rear ROPS crosslink (Figure 5). If you installed the Glass Windshield and Wiper Kit (Model 08112), use the button-head bolts (M8 x 1-1/4 inches) and locknuts (8 mm) included with the Glass Windshield and Wiper Kit to install the 2 front LED lights.

2. Insert a light assembly bracket into the installed bolts and nuts on the front and rear ROPS crosslink and tighten the bolts and nuts (Figure 6). If you installed the Glass Windshield and Wiper Kit (Model 08112), loosen the button-head bolts (M8 x 1-1/4 inches), insert the front light assembly bracket, and tighten the button-head bolts as shown in Figure 7.

5 Routing the Wire Harness and Installing the Rocker Switch Parts needed for this procedure: 1 Rocker switch 3 Grommet Procedure 1. Route the wire on each light through a grommet (Figure 8). 2. Route the wire on each light through the oblong holes in the front and rear crosslinks (Figure 8). 3. Secure the grommets into the oblong holes (Figure 8).

4. Connect the female connector on each LED light to the male connectors on the wire harness from the Overhead Console Kit (Figure 9). g363947 Figure 9 1. Connections 5. Remove the plastic plug from the console switch bracket (Figure 10).

6. Insert the switch into the console switch bracket (Figure 11). g383742 Figure 11 7. Connect the rocker switch to the female 8-socket connector labeled LIGHT SWITCH (Figure 12). g383450 Figure 12 8. Install the previously removed console using the 8 screws (Figure 4). Torque the 8 screws to 339 N∙cm (30 in-lb).
