Situation:
The recommended tire pressure is being increased to 10 PSI (83 KPa) to limit the tire sidewall
deflection which will improve the life of the tire. Excessive sidewall deflection may cause diminished
tire life.
Instructions:
Increase the tire pressure to 10 PSI (83 KPa) when possible. This will help with tire life but may
reduce traction in tough conditions such as plowing sand.
Tire pressures may be adjusted to 8 PSI (55 KPa) when maximum traction is required.
