Note:Thetractionunitmustbeequippedwiththe

FrontLiftFrameKit.

1.Positionthemachineandtheattachmentona

levelsurface.

2.Removeanyexistingattachmentfromthefront

ofthemachine.

3.Starttheengineanddrivethetractionunitinto

positionbehindtheattachmentadapter.Lower

thetractionunitadapter.

Note:Ensurethatthelockinglever(Figure1)is

pivotedtotheleft(unlockedposition)asviewed

fromthefrontofthemachine.

4.Lifttheattachmentadapterontothetractionunit

adapter.

Note:Becarefulnottopinchyourselfbetween

adapters.

5.Pivotthelockinglevertotherighttolockthe

adapterstogether(Figure1).

Adjusting the Blade Angle The blade is shipped from the factory set at a 30° angle, but it may be increased to 45°. 1. Start the engine and raise the blade slightly off the ground. Shut off the engine and remove the key. 2. Remove the rear stop bolt, washer, and spacer on each side of the blade (Figure 4). To increase the aggressiveness of the blade, tighten the springs. Loosen the springs to decrease the aggressiveness of the blade. Inspection and Clean-up When the grading operation is completed, clean the machine thoroughly. Flush off the sand after each use as sand is extremely abrasive.
