Rotate the clevis link assembly (Figure 3) right or left until the front and rear brushes contact the ground with equal pressure. 11. Tighten all the bolts firmly. Check tightness of all hardware after first use, and check periodically thereafter.
Conditioning Pattern Operation • Never groom perpendicular to the seams. Read this entire section on conditioning before actually working on synthetic turf. There are many conditions that will determine the adjustments necessary. Make the adjustments on the brushes for optimum results in your particular area. • Always raise the conditioner when turning. Training Period • Drag the conditioner in alternating directions keeping in mind the direction of seams.

Maintenance Lubrication Lubricate the wheel lift frame grease fittings (Figure 8) after the machines initial set up and then annually with No. 2 General Purpose Lithium-Base Grease. If the machine is used in extremely dirty and dusty conditions, lubricate the bearings more frequently. g011929 Figure 8 To lubricate the machine, complete the following procedures: 1.
