Note: A Rake Mounting Kit, Model No. 08814 is required to install this kit to your Sand Pro. The kit must be pur

chased separately from an Authorized Tor Distributor. The installation instructions for the Rake Mounting Kit are in

cluded in this sheet.

SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

Note: If a mounting kit is already installed on machine,

proceed to Install Rake Assembly, page 2.

INSTALL LIFT ARM ASSEMBLY

1. Remove any attachment from rear of machine.

Keep hydraulic cylinder retaining pin and hardware.

2. Remove existing (4) capscrews, lockwashers and

flat washers from back of left and right wheel motor

mounts (Fig.1).

3. Mount the lift arm assembly to left and right wheel

motor mounts with fasteners removed (Fig. ).

Note: Lift pivot, clevis pins and fasteners, supplied in

rake mounting kit are used for mounting rake attach

ment.

4. Connect the hydraulic cylinder, from the machine, to the cylinder bracket on the hitch and lift arm assem bly with large retaining pin, hair pin and cotter pin pre viously removed. Note: Mounting rake pivot in the top set of holes will make the rake more aggressive in the sand. 3. Secure top links of transport chains to hooks on lift arm assembly. Note: For proper operation of the rake, chains must be slack when rake is in the lowered (operating) position. Figure 2 1. 2. 3. 4.

MOUNTING SPRING RAKE TOOTH RAKE (Optional) BEHIND 1. Secure spring rake lift pivot to Tooth Rake mount ing bracket with a clevis pin, flat washer and a cotter pin. Flat washer to be positioned under cotter pin (Fig. 6). 2. Secure top links of both rakes transport chains to hooks on the lift arm assembly. Figure 6 1. Pivot 2. Tooth rake mounting bracket 3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Figure 8 1. Pivot 2. Lift brackets TRANSPORT POSITION To increase the height of the rake when transporting: 1. Lower rake and lift assembly as low as possible. 2. Unhook chains from lift arm hooks and re-hook chains on hooks no more than five links from free end of chains. Figure 7 Note: Transporting rake with chains shortened beyond the 5th link, may result in damage to the hooks or rake pivots.
