Installing the Box Blade Attachment Holder 1. 2. Loosely secure the left box blade attachment holder to the mid-mount attachment bracket using 2 carriage bolts (3/8 x 1 inch) and 2 nuts (3/8 inch) (Figure 1). Loosely secure the middle box blade attachment holder to the mid-mount attachment brackets using 4 carriage bolts (3/8 x 1 inch) and 4 nuts (3/8 inch) (Figure 2). . Secure all of the box blade attachment holders to the mid-mount attachment using 9 carriage bolts (3/8 x 1 inch) and 9 nuts (3/8 inch) (Figure 3). 5.
