The Sand Pro has (5) grease fittings that must be
lubricated regularly with No. 2 General Purpose
Lithium Base Grease. Lubricate front wheel bearing
and Traction Control Linkage after every 50 hours of
operation. Lubricate steering shaft every 100 hours.
The bearings and bushings that must be lubricated
are: front wheel bearing (Fig. 14), traction control
linkage (Fig. 15) steering shaft (2) (Fig. 16) and
steering chain sprocket shaft (Fig.16 ).
Wipe grease fitting clean so foreign matter cannot
be forced into the bearing or bushing.
Pump grease into the bearing or bushing.
Wipe up excess grease.

$( To gain access to grease fitting on traction
control linkage (Fig. 15), remove (3) screws securing
side panel to right side of machine and remove panel.

We do not recommend lubricating the steering
chain unless it becomes stiff because of rust. If the
chain rusts, it may be lubricated lightly with a
DRY-TYPE LUBRICANT.
