GREENS AERATOR
1. Mount blade to pivot plate with a 1/2-13 x 1-3/4"
lg. capscrew, spacer, 1/2" washer and 1/2-13 locknut
(Fig. 1). Note position of blade and spacer.

2. Insert lock-up pin thru hole in top of lock-up
bracket (Fig. 2).

3. Slide compression spring and a 1/2" flatwasher
onto bottom of lock-up pin and secure with cotter pin
(Fig. 2).
4. Position bracket onto frame assembly aligning
mounting holes (Fig. 2).
5. Secure bracket to frame with (2) 5/16-18 X 3/4" lg.
capscrews, 5/16" flatwashers and 5/16-18 locknuts
(Fig. 2).
6. Secure chain to top side of frame with a 5/16-18 x
1" lg. capscrew, 5/16" washer and a 5/16-18 locknut
(Fig. 2).
7. Thread grease fitting into front of frame assembly
tube (Fig. 2).
8. Slide frame assembly onto pivot plate mounting
shaft while aligning lock-up pin with a hole in pivot
plate (Fig. 3).

9. Secure pivot plate to frame with cotter pin (Fig. 3).
10. Unhook latches securing coring head cover to
chassis and remove cover.
11. Secure chain support to to center coring head
plate with with (2) 5/16-8 x 1" lg. capscrews and
locknuts (Fig. 4).
