Adjustingthe#4ProximitySwitch
The#4proximityswitchisbydefaultpositioned
atthelowestsetting,allowingforimprovedentry
holeperformanceanddepth;switch#4shouldbe
assembledinthelowestpositionduringmostaeration
activities.
Ifaeratingatashallowdepthcausesthecoringhead
toovershootthetinedepth,orifyouareexperiencing
coringheadbounce,adjustthe#4proximityswitchto
ahighersettingontheH-bracketwhenaeratingat
shallowdepths(Figure32).
Adjustingthe#3ProximitySwitch
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface;engagethe
parkingbrake;shutofftheengine;removethe
key;andwaitforallmovementtostopbefore
leavingthemachine
2.Liftthelatchleverforthehoodandliftthehood
fromthemachine(Figure31).

thatthelatchsecuresthehood.
