1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,shutoffthe
engine,engagetheparkingbrake,andremove
thekey.
2.Unlatchandremovethebeltcover(Figure57).
3.Removethe2pumpshieldmountingnutsand
removetheshield(Figure58).
4.Inanopenspacethatisfreetoaerate(i.e.
sampleplot),settheaeratorspacinglevertothe
desiredholespacingandmakeanaerationpass
ofatleast4.5m(15ft).
5.Measurethedistancebetweenseveralholes
anddividebythenumberofholesmeasuredto
getyouraverageholespacing.
