IftheTrueCoregroundfollowingsystemrequires
serviceofanykind(withtheexceptionofturfguard
replacement)orifthetineholdersarecontactingthe
turfguardswhensetinthedeepestsetting,thedepth
adjustmenttierodmayneedtobereset.
1.RotatetheLHturfguardmountingbracket
(
Figure58)upuntilalockingpin(5/16drillrodor
bolt)canbeinsertedbetweenthebracketandthe
depthsettingtubeweldedtotheframe.

9.Removethepinfromtheturfguardbracketand
depthsettingtube.
HydraulicSystem

WARNING
Hydraulicuidescapingunderpressurecan
penetrateskinandcauseinjury.Fluidinjectedinto
theskinmustbesurgicallyremovedwithinafew
hoursbyadoctorfamiliarwiththisformofinjury
organgrenemayresult.
Ifhydraulicuidisinjectedintotheskinit
mustbesurgicallyremovedwithinafewhours
byadoctorfamiliarwiththistypeofinjury.
Gangrenemayresultifthisisnotdone.
Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrompin
holeleaksornozzlesthatejecthighpressure
hydraulicuid.
Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks,
neveruseyourhands.
Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem
beforeperforminganyworkonit.
Makesureallhydraulicuidhosesandlinesare
ingoodconditionandallhydraulicconnections
andttingsaretightbeforeapplyingpressureto
hydraulicsystem.
CheckingtheHydraulicLines
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Beforeeachuse,checkthehydrauliclinesandhoses
forleaks,loosettings,kinkedlines,loosemounting
supports,wear,weatherandchemicaldeterioration.
Makenecessaryrepairsbeforeoperating.
Note:Keeptheareasaroundthehydraulicsystemclean
fromdebrisbuildup.
ChangingtheHydraulicFluid
andFilters
ServiceInterval:Aftertherst8hours
Every200hours
Important:Donotsubstituteautomotiveoillters
orseverehydraulicsystemdamagemayresult.
Note:Removingthereturnlterwilldraintheentire
oilreservoir.
1.Settheparkingbrake,stoptheengine,removethe
key,andwaitforallmovingpartstostopbefore
leavingtheoperatingposition.
