1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,shutoffthe
engine,engagetheparkingbrake,andremove
thekey.
2.Unlatchandremovethebeltcover(Figure56).
3.Removethe2pumpshieldmountingnutsand
removetheshield(Figure57).
4.Inanopenspacethatisfreetoaerate(i.e.
sampleplot),settheholespacinglevertothe
desiredholespacingandmakeanaerationpass
ofatleast4.5m(15feet).
5.Measurethedistancebetweenseveralholes
anddividebythenumberofholesmeasuredto
getyouraverageholespacing.
