Installation Instructions

Accidental starting of the engine could seriously

injure you or other bystanders.

Remove the key from the ignition switch before

you do any maintenance.

Caution

1. Park the aerator on a level surface and engage the

parking brake.

2. Raise the coring head and install the service latch.

3. Stop the engine and remove the key from the ignition.

4. Loosely mount a stop spacer to each (R.H. & L.H.)

windrow bracket with a 3/8 x 1–1/2 in. carriage bolt

and flange nut. Position spacer in center of slot.

5. Mount the appropriate (R.H. or L.H.) windrow bracket

to each coring head side plate with (2) 3/8 x 3/4 in.

carriage bolts and flange nuts. Position the brackets so

the stop spacer end is to the front, as shown in figure.

6. Mount a windrow plate to each (R.H. & L.H.) windrow arm with a 7/16 x 3 in. capscrew, spacer, 1/2 x 1–1/4 flat washer and nut. The small holes in each windrow plate are to be positioned toward the coring head. 7. Loosely mount a windrow stop in the slot and hole in each windrow plate with (2) 3/8 x 1 in. flange head capscrews and nuts. 8. Secure each windrow arm to appropriate (R.H. or L.H.) windrow bracket with a washer and clip pin. Position as shown in figure. 9.
