CAUTION

blocksorjackstands,themachinemaymove
orfall,whichmayresultinpersonalinjury.
•Ensurethatthemachineisparkedona
solid,levelsurfacesuchasaconcrete
oor.Alwayschockthetractionunittires.
•Priortoraisingthemachine,removeany
attachmentsthatmayinterferewiththe
safeandproperraisingofthemachine.
•Whenchangingattachmentsorperforming
otherservice,usecorrectblocks,hoists,
orjacks.
•Usejackstandsorsolidwoodblocksto
supporttheraisedmachine.
Note:Ifavailable,useahoisttolifttherearofthe
machine.Usetheeyeletsinthecoringheadbearing
housingsashoistattachmentpoints(Figure27).

ServiceInterval:Every50hours
Themainworkingbearingsofthemachinearesealed
forlifeandrequirenomaintenanceorlubrication.
Thisdrasticallyreducesthemaintenancerequired
andeliminatestheriskofgreaseoroilbeingdropped
ontotheturf.
Therearegreasettingsthatmustbelubricatedwith
anSAEmulti-purpose,high-temperaturegreasewith
high-pressure(EP)performanceorSAEmulti-purpose
lithium-basedgrease.
Important:Lubricatethettingsimmediately
aftereverywashing,regardlessoftheinterval
listed.
