1.Cleandebrisfromthellplugandthedraincapto
avoidcontamination(Figure30).
2.Removethellplugtorelieveairdraw.
3.Positionadrainpanunderthedraintubeandremove
thedraincap.
Note:Thehighviscosityofcooloilextendsthedrain
time(approximately30minutes).
4.Afteroiliscompletelydrained,installthedraincap.
5.Fillthegearboxwith1650ml(56oz)ofhighquality
80W-90gearlube.
6.Installthellplug.
7.Checktheoillevel.

Every250hours
Aftertheinitial8hoursofuse,checkthecoringhead
fastenerstoensurethatpropertorqueismaintained.Fastener
torquerequirementsarelistedonthereferenceservicedecal
belowandlocatedonthecoringhead.

Thedrivebelt(s)ontheProCoreAeratorshavebeendesigned
tobeverydurable.However,thenormalexposuretoUV
radiation,ozoneorincidentalexposuretochemicalscan
deterioratetherubbercompoundingovertimeandleadto
prematurewearormaterialloss(i.e.chunking).
Annualbeltinspectionishighlyrecommendedforsignsof
wear,excessivecushioncracks,orlargeembeddeddebriswith
replacementwhenneeded.
AdjustingtheBeltTension

Makesurethatthebeltisproperlytensionedtoensurecorrect
