driveshaft,PartNo.115-2839(soldseparately).In
mostcases,theshortdriveshaftisnotneeded.
RefertoFigure9anddeterminethepositionofthe
PTOoutputshaftonthetractor,relativetotheposition
ofthelowertrailingarms.Thisdistanceisdesignated
the“M”dimension.Thestandarddriveshaftincluded
withyouraeratortsatractor“M”dimensiondown
to48.89cm(19.25inches).Ifthe“M”dimensionis
smaller,weofferanoptionalshorterPTOdriveshaft
assembly(PartNo.115-2839),whichtsatractor“M”
dimensiondownto39.37cm(15.50inches).
Itmaybehelpfultoplaceastraightedgeacrossthe
endsofthetrailingarmstodeterminethedistance
betweenthemandtheendofthePTOoutputshaft
end.Consultyourtractoroperator’smanualfor
potentiallengthadjustmentcapabilityinthetractor
trailingarmdesign.ContactyourauthorizedToro
distributorifyouneedanyassistancetoperformthis
