whiletakingouttheguessworkoftiming.

Eachpairofcrankarmsjoinedthroughabearing
housingaretimed180degreesapart(i.e.arm
positions1-2,3-4,5-6,7-8).Theadjacentpairsareall
setwiththesametimingwhereasthelaterpairlags
by120degrees.Thesamepairofcouplingcastings
areusedbetweenalladjacentpairs(i.e.coupling
positions2-3,4-5,6-7).T ofurtherreduceoperating
vibration,2counterweightsareaddedatthe#1
positiononthepulleyandthe#8position.
Note:Thenumberscastintothecrankarmswillnot
alignwiththeraisedindicatormarkonthebearing
housingsfortheProCore864.

1.Parkthevehicleonalevelsurface,notona
slope.
2.DisengagethePTOandengagetheparking
brake.
3.Shutofftheengineandremovethekeyfromthe
ignitionswitch.
4.Beforeleavingtheoperator'sseat,waitforthe
engineandallmovingpartstostop.
5.Installthestoragestandsandsecurethemto
theaeratorwiththelynchpins(Figure44).
