Torquethecapscrewsto70-80ft-lbs.

Install the tine heads onto the aerator stomper arms with three (3) 1/2 x 1-1/4 capscrews (Figure 1). Torque the capscrews to 70-80 ft-lbs. Figure 3 1. Hollow tine 3.
