ChoppertoBrushBelt

Toadjustorreinstallthebelt,proceedasfollows:

1.Removethebeltcover(Figure60).

3.Slidethebeltoffthechoppershaftandbrushpulley

(Figure60).

4.Rotatethebrushpulleyuntilabrushrowisaligned

withtherotatingcorner(Figure61).

5.Rotatethechopperuntilabladetipisalignedwiththe

outsideofthebrushhousing(Figure61).

6.Carefullyslidethebeltontothechoppershaft.Donot

rotatethechoppershaft.

7.Whiletensioningtherightsideofthebelt,slidethe

bottomofthebeltintothegroovesofthebrushpulley.

Donotrotatethebrushpulley.

8.Whilepushingtheidlerpulleyintothebelt,tightenthe

nutontheidlerpulley.

Totensionthebeltproceedasfollows:

1.Removethebeltcover(Figure62)

2.Loosenthenutontheidlerpulley(Figure62).
