LevelingtheCoreProcessor
1.BeforelevelingtheCoreProcessor,makesure
thepickupbrushandtherearrollerheightare
adjustedtothecorrectheightofcut(Figure30).
IftheCoreProcessorisequippedwithanewbrush,
therearrolleradjustmenttablecanbereferencedto
settherearrollerforpropergrassheightofcut.
Note:Atthefactorytherearrollerissetat1/8
inchbrushclearancefromtheground.

2.Adjusttherearrollersothebrushissetatheightof
grassorlower.Adjusttherollerasfollows:
Beforemakinganyadjustments,checkthebrush
heightonahardsurfacesoyoucandetermine
whichdirectionyoumayhavetoadjusttherear
roller.
Loosenthethreeboltsoneachrollersideplate.
Loosenthecenternutsotheadjustmentkey
canbepulledout.Holdrearrollerup,pull
adjustmentkeyoutandmoverollertodesired
height.Bothsidesmustbeatthesameheight.
Note:Eachnotchis1/4inchofadjustment
AfterrearrollerisadjustedcheckCoreProcessor
frametobesureitisparalleltotheground.
Recheckbrushheight.
Note:Youmayhavetoreadjusttherearroller
ifyoucannotgetthemainframeparalleltothe
ground.

connectinglink.
Ifthefrontoftheframeishigher,shortenthe
connectinglink.
Note:Iftheconnectinglinkisdifcultto
rotate,lowerthetransportwheelsontheCore
Processortorelievesomeofthepressureonthe
connectinglink.
