levelingcrankclockwisetoraisetheframe.

levelingcrankcounterclockwisetolowerthe
frame.
Note:Whenturningthelevelingcrank,make
sureitdoesnotcontactthehydraulichoses.
Whendoneleveling,makesurethecrankis
positionedtotheleftsideofthetowhitchsoit
doesnotinterferewiththehoses.

AdjustingtheBrushHeightin
theField
Whenoperatingthecoreprocessor,theframeshould
beleveltothegroundorthefrontoftheframeshould
beslightlyhigher.Adjusthebrushdownwarduntilit
justbeginstopickupcores.
WiththeOnePassHitch,lowerthebrushbyadjusting
theconnectinglinkuntilthebrushcollectsallofthe
cores.Shorteningtheconnectinglinkwilllowerthe
brush,whilelengtheningthelinkwillraisethebrush.
WiththeTowHitch,lowerthebrushbyadjustingthe
levelingcrankuntilthebrushcollectsallofthecores.
Rotatingthelevelingcrankcounterclockwisewillraise
thebrush,whilerotatingthelevelingcrankclockwise
willlowerthebrush.
Note:Becarefulnottoengagethebrushtoofarinto
thegrassasitcancauseprematurewearordamageto
thebrushandturfdamage.
AdjustingtheRollerScraper
Therollerscraper(Figure33)shouldbeadjustedso
thereis1/16"clearancebetweenthescraperandthe
roller.Loosentherollerscraperadjustingfasteners,
positionrollerasdesiredandtightenfasteners.
