WARNING
Hydraulicuidescapingunderpressurecan
penetrateskinandcauseinjury.
Makesureallhydraulicuidhosesandlinesare
ingoodconditionandallhydraulicconnections
andttingsaretightbeforeapplyingpressureto
thehydraulicsystem.
Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrompin
holeleaksornozzlesthatejecthighpressure
hydraulicuid.
Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.
Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem
beforeperforminganyworkonthehydraulic
system.
Getimmediatemedicalhelpifuidisinjected
intoskin.
Checkthehydrauliclinesandhosesdailyforleaks,kinked
lines,loosemountingsupports,wear,loosettings,
weatherdeterioration,andchemicaldeterioration.Make
allnecessaryrepairsbeforeoperating.
Storage
1.Washthebrushhousingandchopperwithwater.
StartthemachineandincreasespeeduntilChopper
rotatorisengaged.Standtoonesideatrearof
machineandspraywaterintospinningchopperuntil
clean.
2.Checkallfasteners.Tightenasnecessary.
3.Greaseallgreasettings.Wipeoffexcesslubricant.
4.Checktheconditionofthebrushandblades.
Replaceasrequired.
5.Servicetheaircleaner;refertoServicingtheAir
Cleaner.
6.Greaseandoilthemachine;refertoGreasingand
Lubrication.
7.Changethecrankcaseoil;refertoServicingthe
EngineOil.
8.Checkthetirepressure;refertoCheckingtheTire.
9.Chargethebattery;refertoServicingtheBattery.
10.Beforedisconnectingfromthetowvehicle,lowerthe
coreprocessortotheground,installthestoragepins
inthefrontholesandthenremovethehydraulicand
mechanicalconnections.Thiswillensurethatthe
coreprocessorremainsstablewhendisconnecting
fromthetowvehicle.
