Position the top plate assembly onto the right frame channel, positioning a shown in Figure 2. 4. Insert a spacer into the R.H. windrow blade, positioning it as shown in Figure 4. 5.

6. Insert a spacer into the top of the R.H. arm assembly, positioning as shown in Figure 5 7. Secure the windrow mount to the top of the R.H. arm assembly with a 11/16 x 3–1/4 inch bolt, (2) .469 inch I.D. washers and a 11/16 inch lock nut. Position the components as shown in Figure 5. the blade and brush housing. If an adjustment is required, move the top plate assembly fore or aft on the frame channel. • Raise the core processor. • Check the clearance between the transport tire and the windrow blade.

12. Secure the end of the chain to the center hole in the windrow blade with a 3/8 x 1-1/4 inch bolt, .406 inch washer and 3/8 inch flange nut. Position the chain between the washer and the blade (Figure 9). 15. Loosely mount the blade extension to the inside of the windrow blade with 4 3/8 x 1-1/4 inch bolts, .406 inch washers and 3/8 inch flange nuts. The washer is to be positioned between the bolt head and the windrow blade (Figure 11).
